Fluid paint structured by a relief undercoat.
In front of the blank support nothing is planned, neither shape nor color.
Firstly, the surface is structured with a knife using white gesso. By cutting off the mind the hand is left free, guided by feeling. The goal is to create intuitive harmony.
Based on the result, a color palette is chosen.
Once the background is dry, the fluid color is applied, guided by the structure, it flows, plays and interacts with the relief, it contours by emphasizing or overflows and modifies the harmony.
