"Liquid Soul" invites you to free-diving into the nebulae of dissolution, with macro photography as the main tool. “I use milk, paint or inks that I inject directly into the water of an aquarium. My shots are the result of patient experimentation, influenced by Berenice Abbott's researches on physical and chemical phenomena in the 1940s. My work on the lighting makes it possible to highlight strange and dreamlike forms that only last the moment of the shot before dissolving, and which the eye sometimes cannot even catch. Frameless vibrant textures organically emerge and are sometimes accompanied by a multitude of threads, giving the appearance of vaporization. » Gaëtan CHANGEUR
