About the artist
Jacky Landgraf
München
Jacky Landgraf is a contemporary artist who doesn't fit into any ordinary box. The Munich resident moves playfully on various levels, sometimes fusing painterly constructivism with photography or depicting urban spaces minimalistically with his camera. His current focus is on handmade, analog pop art collages.
An alternative to digital sensory overload and artificial products connects all editions of the work as a content-conceptual core. His works are minimalist, have a decelerating effect and are simply fun to look at. In particular, the tongue-in-cheek and socially critical Pop Art collages are created as purely analogue works. No Photoshop, no AI.
After working in Braunschweig and Leipzig, Jacky Landgraf works at his life and creative center in Munich with a studio in Schwabing.
