This striking artwork captures a vivid aerial view of an urban cityscape, brimming with intricate details and layered textures. The buildings emanate a lively energy, with towering skyscrapers rendered in a dazzling array of colors, showcasing electric blues, vibrant pinks, and soft yellows that dance across the canvas. The outlines of the structures are defined with bold, meticulous lines, giving an almost three-dimensional quality to the artwork. The composition is dynamic, leading the viewer's eye across the city, inviting them to explore every corner of this bustling metropolis. The artwork exudes a modern, energetic vibe, making it a perfect fit for contemporary spaces.
This painting is ideal for modern living rooms, office spaces, or creative studios where a vibrant, urban atmosphere is desired. Hang it above a sleek sofa or in a conference room to inspire creativity and conversation. Its colorful palette can complement minimalist furniture or add a pop of color to a more eclectic decor.
The painting represents a glimpse of Baltimora on two different layers: the first one is a polycarbonate sheet painted with debossed colours that represent the colourful city, while the second one is the underlying canvas painted with stratified acrylics and treated with special techniques. The two surfaces, uniting, create one composition where the layers blend with each other and result in news perceptive solutions. Moreover, the sheet is placed so that it creates a waving effect that comes out of the painting, giving it a third dimension; that put in contact the viewer with the work and creates ate the same time a mixture of lights and shadows that mutate as the viewer moves.
