La mujer empieza a liberarse en esos años de lucha, por la igualdad, y dejar el papel secundario que había tenido hasta ese momento. Actualmente aún estamos lejos de haberlo conseguido. Al igual que en el siglo pasado, la lucha, la reivindicación, querer un mundo mejor no está reñido con la elegancia y la pérdida del buen gusto. La imagen del fondo (la Venus de Milo) se va difuminando, diluyéndose, porque durante toda la historia, la mujer ha debido de encarnar un modelo de mujer acorde al gusto de un mundo masculino; así, debe desaparecer ese patriarcado impuesto.
