During the first Corona-lockdown there was no opportunity to exhibit art. So facebook seemed like a good alternative to promote art. But it appeared that many men were very lonely because of the lockdown. As a result, those men did see the artist but not see the art. Eekhout decided to use the messages those men send her to make a series of artworks. She incorporated a selection of the messages in this painting.
