Mirko Volpi's realization that we are often surrounded by art without noticing it gave rise to the impulse to create his works primarily from recycled materials. | Mirko Volpi was born in Milan in 1981. At the age of 11, he moved to the Parma region with his mother and created his first creative works in her garage. With training in the craft, he laid the technical basis for his works. His passion for art, drawing and sculpture has steadily grown since then. | In 2014 he moved to Germany with his wife. After the first years of integration in a new culture and language, the urge to devote 100% of his time to his artistic existence grew. Encouraged by increasingly positive feedback from his friends and acquaintances about his works, Mirko Volpi decided to become an artist in 2019 and set up his first studio. In 2020, the artistic concept “l’arte celata” (Hidden Art) was born in Laatzen (Hannover region).
