Carsten Heine

I was born in Thuringia in 1978 and live today in my adoption city of Munich. As a child, I started painting and expressing myself artistically. From the initial "Krickelkrakel", which we put on paper as children, became interesting work over time. By visiting the technical college in 1995–1997 for art and design in Erfurt, I was able to further train and strengthen my artistic eye, learn techniques and try new things. After my training in 1998–2001 as a media designer for digital and print media in Erfurt, I finally moved to the media city of Munich at the end of 2001, where I still work as a crative director in an advertising agency. After a very long creative creative break, in which I focused more on my professional career, I decided in 2022 to deal more intensely than freely artists with abstract painting.
