This picture was created in the studio. I picked out the bottle glass and the feather from my flotsam and jetsam collection, sketched the objects with black fineliner and then painted them in watercolor. The color palette for this watercolor is dominated by blue and green tones. A bright red glass forms a vivid contrast. The pen shines white. Soft brown and gold tones surround the still life in the background. It was important to me to show the fleeting beauty and translucent delicacy of these objects. The support is handmade paper from Centenaire (300gr). My signature is on the front.
