The Oculus, designed by Calatrava, is a marvel of architecture and one of my favorite building in New York City. "Rising" was taken in 2017 on one of my many trips to NYC. In my eyes, this building constructed after the devastation of 9/11, with its white wings flowing from the ground to the sky represent love, hope, and the resilience of the American people. The transportation hub is truly a masterpiece and a great landmark to visit in NYC.
