This picture was created in the studio from my photographic notes. I was fascinated by the reflection in the puddle, which offers a view into the depths. The light clouds and the soft blue of the sky are reflected in the rainwater, as are the yellow flowers of the coneflower and various leaf shapes. At the edge of the puddle, designed in warm brown tones, vivid green leaves and an orange calendula flower lean towards the water. This oil painting brings a fresh and calming energy to a room by highlighting the beauty of the often overlooked. The canvas is hand stretched, quadruple primed and has a steel wire for hanging. The edges are painted. The picture can be hung directly. My signature is on the front.
