Inspired by an aerial photography of a stretch of damaged road near Denver (Colorado), this work is composed of loosely crochet knitted white polypropylene twine fixed on a layer of woven pieces and strips of slate blue colored fabrics in which are inserted narrow bands of bright purple and yellow/green silk fabrics.
