This stunning wooden wall art piece features a dynamic and abstract mountain range, skillfully crafted from various lengths of wood that create a striking visual effect. The arrangement of the wooden strips simulates the peaks and valleys of a mountain landscape, adding depth and texture to the artwork. The natural variations in the wood tones range from light beige to rich caramel, inviting the viewer to appreciate the intricacies of the craftsmanship. This piece would make a captivating focal point in any space, enhancing the atmosphere with its modern and organic aesthetic.
This artwork is ideal for modern living spaces, such as a contemporary living room or a stylish office. It can be placed above a sofa, fireplace, or a console table, creating a striking contrast against a plain wall. The natural materials and abstract form harmonize beautifully with both minimalist and rustic decor, making it a versatile addition to various interior settings.
The “mountain flow I” plant consists of over 11 different types of wood: Maple, Linde, Larch, Nuss, Zirbe, Oak, Red Beech, Ulme, Cherry, Apple, Mahagoni Manfred already arranged the differently strong strips and veneers during the glueing process in such a way that they run out irregularly downwards and generate a flowing dynamic. The silhouettes were subsequently sawn and ground. The artist wants to illustrate with this work that not only man, but also nature is undergoing a constant change. Just as the water in the brook is always in motion, so all things, beings and phenomena in the world are always in change. Everything changes and develops, nothing remains as it is. Since it is a wall object, two screws incl. Dowels for easy assembly included. The surface is completely natural. All sculptures by Manfred Hellweger are unique.
