Creating process and inspiration by Manfred Hellweger:
In his works, the artist deals with meaning and value issues of existence, the world and people.
Its distinctive sculptures are mainly made of wood and metal.
In doing so, cuboids, strips, boards or nails are connected by different techniques in such a way that a figurative or abstract form is created that is tapered downwards.
With this process, Manfred Hellweger’s sculptures seem to dissolve vertically and create a flowing dynamic. The artist refers to the constant change of our time. Everything changes and develops, nothing remains as it is.
