I am Christiane Demenat. I have a dialogue with stone and free ideas layer by layer. At first, the stone is so hard and impenetrable.

So since 1995 this material has been my favorite. I started with marble and I have also discovered alabaster. I also have created bronze works over the last years. For me, art is existential and I feel the need to create art.
