17 May 2023
The art company celebrated the grand opening of its first concept gallery at Isartorplatz 4 in Munich alongside the launch of its online platform.

In the middle of Munich's historical center, the duo, consisting of Benjamin Gibtner, Daniel Cid Gómez, and their growing creative team will open the first Concept Gallery. Exhibited will be contemporary paintings, fine art photography and sculptures from the new century.

An essential constant is the epochal classification of the ARTOUI portfolio in contemporary art. The exhibition within the Concept Gallery will vary from time to time. A complete overview of the artists and artworks can be found online on the digital platform.

The Gallery at Isartorplatz forms the heart of the ARTOUI brand. Here, customized art concepts are created for companies and private collectors, conferences are held and design projects are pitched. As an art enthusiast, the gallery not only invites visitors to the opening exhibition. In the future, further events and talk series will invite people to dwell in the gallery and discuss Contemporary Art.

INAUGURATION CEREMONY: CUTTING THE RIBBON

The high-profile guest list for each of the two opening days (April 26 and 27, both starting at 7 p.m.) is also studded with prominent art lovers. After the official ribbon-cutting ceremony by the founders in front of around 110 guests in total, as is customary for inaugurations, Paloma Wimmer holds a welcoming speech and she speaks about the inspiration for the founding of ARTOUI, the dynamics of today's art world, to its current state of a start-up business.

During the event, where fine art photography by Kai Stuht, András Dobi and Yussof Knauss are exhibited, as well as paintings by Anna Van Den Hoevel, Johannes Kersting and Michael Griesbeck, tasty little delicacies are distributed in a very classy manner, accompanied by great wine and soft drinks. After the individual gallery walks, the mood is at its peak. The gathering of artists, art lovers and the ARTOUI team ends in enthusiastic conversations until late at night with moody jazz music.
