This striking abstract painting features a captivating blend of warm orange and deep black tones, creating a dramatic contrast that evokes a sense of warmth and intrigue. The unique crackle texture throughout the surface adds depth and character, suggesting the natural patterns of an aged landscape or the sky at sunset. The composition has a harmonious balance, drawing the viewer's eye across the piece while inviting them to explore its intricate details. Ideal for modern and contemporary decor, this artwork serves as a bold statement piece.
This painting can be beautifully integrated into a variety of interior spaces. It works well as a focal point in a living room or dining area, above a sleek sofa or dining table. Additionally, its warm tones make it a perfect fit for cozy settings, such as reading nooks or bedrooms. Pair it with neutral-toned furnishings to allow the vibrant colors to stand out, or incorporate gold or bronze accents to enhance the warmth of the piece.
In this work, acrylic, sand and tar merge into an abstract representation that captures the passion and energy of transformation. It is the play of light and texture that fills a space with warmth and a touch of mystery. The powerful, earthy tones bring a calming but dynamic presence to your home. Each view becomes a journey of discovery.Feature is implemented with scoring and rust. The work is an original and therefore a unique one - signed and stamped by hand. Only high-quality colors and materials were used. The canvas is clipped and painted on the back and can thus be suspended immediately.

Kulmbach
Marion Kotyba was born on August 16, 1968 in Kulmbach. Further artistic training through lecturers and art symposiums. She has had her own studio since 2008 and is also intensively active in children's and adult education in the field of art. Freelance artist since 2010. Since November 2017, owner of the KUNSTGALERIE & Atelier at Oberhacken 3, Kulmbach. The prominent feature in Marion Kotyba's art is the theme of 'rust and aging' as a stylistic device in abstract acrylic painting. In this context, the artist repeatedly interprets the interplay of color, light, structures and technical implementation in an artistically impressive power of interpretation that is both new and exciting at the same time. Recently, observations of natural weather influences - rusted surfaces, broken structures, glazes and the combination thereof - have played an important role. In doing so, the artist works out her concerns in clearly defined groups of works, primarily in a non-objective manner, in order to offer the viewer of her work enough freedom to let their own imagination run wild on an abstract level of representation. The versatile and experimental artist takes the freedom to choose style, color and technique according to her mood. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------- Exhibitions: Regional/National: Kulmbach, Neudrossenfeld, Coburg, Thurnau, Kronach, Bonn, Rathingen, Berlin, Auerbach/Vogtland, Plauen, Marktredwitz, Selb, Passau, Cologne, Bad Berneck, Fürth, Frankfurt, Bad Elster, Bad Staffelstein, Hof, Munich, Bad Münder, Wetzlar, Altenkunstadt, Bad Windsheim, Münchberg, Darmstadt, Essen, Dorsten, Essen, Herzogenrath, Monheim, Gemünden am Main, Ratingen, Monheim, Bonn, Cologne International: Italy, Austria, France, Slovakia, Malta, Serbia, Lithuania, USA, Netherlands, Spain, Hong Kong Awards: Palm ART Award 2016 Certificate of Excellence Gallery representation: LDXArtodrome, Berlin, Galerie Goossenaerts, Bad Honnef Purchases Private collectors from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the United States Artothek Bayreuth (acquisition 2022)
